So lets start from the beginning. You start the game unlock few champions. You have to be level 15 and own atleast 12 champions to start ranked games. My opinion about this is that at level 15 you still dont know about the game, strong and weak sides that make a team good or bad, because you havent played alot of games.
So you loose alot of games, because you are unranked and dont know much about the game and run around without completing your role’s duty. Has this unranked player ever played any moba, FPS game, does he know about tanks and supports and does he know about pick order. So you have to hope that he doesnt troll and picks what he has to pick, to counter enemy team or atleast make them balanced. And the last and the most serious problem. Matchmaking is not making games not a little bit more balanced, it makes everything worse.
